Citrine, Polished Freeform

£140.00

For the desk where the hard decisions get made.

  • Material: Quartz, citrine

  • Form: Hand-polished freeform, multiple faces, rests flat on its base

  • Dimensions: TO BE MEASURED

  • Weight: TO BE WEIGHED

  • Origin: TO BE CONFIRMED

How to work with this piece

This is the largest piece in the collection and it is not a pocket stone. It is meant to sit somewhere fixed: the desk, the shelf by the door, the surface you pass every morning.
Traditionally citrine is associated with clarity and with the will to act. In practice, what a piece this size does is simpler than that. It is a marker. You put it where a decision keeps getting postponed, and it is there every time you walk past.
Lift it before a difficult call. It is heavy enough to make you pause, which is most of the point.

Care

Quartz is hard and will not scratch easily, but the polished faces chip if it is knocked against stone or a tap. Lift it with two hands.
Wipe with a soft dry cloth. It can be rinsed in cool water and dried at once; do not leave it standing in water.
Keep it out of long direct sunlight. Citrine fades over months on a south-facing sill. A bright room is fine, a sunbeam is not.

Crystals are described here the way they are used in practice, and the associations given are traditional ones. Nothing on this page is a medical, psychological or therapeutic claim, and no piece is a substitute for care from a clinician.
