Shipping & Returns.

Every piece is sent wrapped by hand. Here is how it reaches you, and what happens if it is not right.

Dispatch

Pieces are wrapped and sent by hand, usually within two working days. You will get a note when yours has gone.

Delivery

  • United Kingdom— tracked, 2 to 3 working days.Rate to be confirmed

  • Ireland and the European Union— tracked, 5 to 8 working days.Rate to be confirmed

  • Rest of world— tracked, 7 to 14 working days.Rate to be confirmed

Orders outside the UK may attract import duty or local tax on arrival. That is set by the destination country and is the recipient's responsibility.

Returns

If you are in the UK or EU you have fourteen days from receipt to change your mind, and a further fourteen days to send the piece back. Write to info@thesacredibis.com first so the return can be recorded.

Pieces must come back unused and in their original wrapping. Return postage is yours unless the piece arrived damaged or was not what was ordered, in which case it is covered.

Damage in transit

Tell us within forty-eight hours of delivery, with a photograph, and it will be replaced or refunded in full.

Natural variation is not a fault

Crystals and hand-finished objects vary. Veining, inclusion, tool marks and small differences in size and colour are part of the piece and are not grounds for return as damaged. If a piece is materially different from its description, that is a different matter and it will be put right.

Care

Care instructions are given on each product page and included with the piece. Several of these materials are soft or water-soluble, so please read them before cleaning anything.
