The WorkMost Approaches Work On the Mind.
We Work On Everything Else Too.
The mind is brilliant. But it cannot reach what lives beneath itself.
The Deeper LayerFour Levels, Simultaneously.
What remains untouched in most coaching, therapy, and self-development is the deeper layer the body, the nervous system, the ancestral field, the energetic intelligence that has been quietly shaping everything.
01
Mind & Cognition
How you think, decide, and make meaning. The beliefs that run beneath the strategy.
02
Body & Nervous System
Where unprocessed experience and old survival patterns live. Through somatic coaching, they can finally be met and moved.
03
Ancestral & Cultural Patterns
What you inherited from lineage and family that shapes how you live and lead today. Shamanic practice opens this layer with precision.
04
Energetic & Spiritual Field
The intelligence that moves beneath all of it. Ancient Egyptian wisdom and shamanic healing, accessed with rigour and reverence.
This work holds the precision of the executive world and the depth of the sacred. Analytical rigour and embodied wisdom. Strategy and soul. It is rare and it is what your particular situation requires.
I work with men and women. I recognise the soul not the gender. What I meet in every client is the divine feminine and divine masculine both, and the work of integrating them fully.
Ancient and ModernTwo Bodies of Knowledge, One Method.
Nothing here asks you to choose between what is measurable and what is old. Both are load-bearing.
What the science gives us
Nervous-system regulation is not a metaphor. Chronic activation changes how you sleep, decide, argue, and recover. Somatic and trauma-informed practice works with that system directly, using breath, attention and sensation rather than insight alone, because insight has already been tried.
This is why the work is described as evidence-informed rather than evidence-based. The mechanisms are well-documented. The container around them is not a clinical trial. It is a private practice, and it is honest about the difference.
What the lineage gives us
Shamanic practice and the Ancient Egyptian tradition carry a technology for the layers underneath: what was inherited, what was never grieved, what belongs to someone else and has been carried anyway. These are not decorative. They are precise, and they reach places conversation does not.
Ruby holds both because the clients who come here have usually exhausted one of them already.
The mind is brilliant. But it cannot reach what lives beneath itself.
How a Session RunsStructured, and Not Scripted.
No two sessions look the same, because no two nervous systems arrive in the same state. What is consistent is the sequence.
Arrival. We find out where your system actually is, rather than where you think it should be. This is often the first honest moment of the week.
i
Locating the level. The presenting problem is rarely where the work lives. We identify which of the four levels is holding it.
ii
The work itself. Somatic, shamanic, or both, depending on what the level requires. This is the part that cannot be planned in advance.
iii
Integration. What changed, what it means for the week ahead, and what to do when the old pattern returns. Because it will, at first.
iv
Begin HereThe Work Begins With One Conversation.
A 90-minute session to understand your situation what is actually in the way, what level it lives at, and whether this is the right work for where you are now.
